En taille 1 : oui, toute norme convient car les classes de similitude sont les singletons.

En taille 2 : Il suffit de prendre les matrices triangulaires de diagonale formée de 0 et 1, et n en haut à droite.
On note A(n) cette matrice. Les A(n) sont diagonalisables à valeurs propres 2 à 2 distinctes donc semblables à Diag(0,1).
En particulier, elles sont toutes semblables entre elles.

En taille n>=2 : on travaille sur la matrice diagonale par blocs formée de A(n) et In2I_{n-2}, qu’on note B(n). Comme les A(n) sont semblables, les B(n) aussi.

De plus, pour tout n>0 :

N(B(n))=N(B(0)+nE1,2)nN(E1,2)N(B(0))N(B(n))=N(B(0)+nE_{1,2}) \geq nN(E_{1,2})-N(B(0))(D’après la deuxieme inégalité triangulaire)

Or, avec la séparation pour une norme, N(E1,2)>0N(E_{1,2})>0
donc N(B(n))N(B(n)) tend vers ++\infty quand n tend vers ++\infty. En particulier, N n’est pas invariante par similitude.
