Un peintre en bâtiment commence son travail tôt le matin. Au bout d’un certain temps, un deuxième peintre vient l’aider. Au bout du même temps, un troisième arrive, et ainsi de suite jusqu’à ce que l’équipe soit au complet et achève le travail.
Le premier peintre a travaillé 3 fois plus longtemps que le dernier arrivé, et il n’aurait travaillé que 8 heures si toute l’équipe était arrivée en même temps. Combien de temps a-t-il travaillé?
