Rolle’s theorem

Let $f:[a,b]\rightarrow \R$ be a function such that $f$ is continuous on the closed interval $[a,b]$, differentiable on the open interval $(a,b)$, and with $f(a)=f(b)$.
Then, there exists $c\in (a,b)$ such that $f'(c)=0$.
