cette histoire se déroule au Sahara.
un père, ayant trois fils, possède pour toute fortune 17 chameaux.
le père (très agé) décède en léguant :
une moitié à son premier fils, un tiers à son deuxième enfant et un neuvième au dernier.

le sage du village est alors chargé de l’exécution du testament.
comment peut il faire pour respecter la volonté du défunt sans léser aucun héritier ni découper aucun chameau en morceaux?
