Cas 1: Si AA est inversible.
Dans ce cas, grâce à la formule ACom(A)T=det(A)A\mathrm{Com}(A)^{T}=\det(A) on a Com(A)T=det(A)A1\mathrm{Com}(A)^{T}=\det(A)A^{-1} donc
Sp(Com(A)T)=Sp(Com(A))={det(A)λλSp(A)}.\mathrm{Sp}(\mathrm{Com}(A)^{T})=\mathrm{Sp}(\mathrm{Com}(A))=\left\{\dfrac{\det(A)}{\lambda}\mid \lambda\in \mathrm{Sp}(A)\right\}.Cas 2: Si rg(A)n2\mathrm{rg}(A)\leq n-2.
Donc Sp(Com(A))={0}.\mathrm{Sp}(\mathrm{Com}(A))=\{0\}.
Cas 3: Si rg(A)=n1.\mathrm{rg}(A)=n-1.
Puisque rg(Com(A))=rg(Com(A)T)\mathrm{rg}(\mathrm{Com}(A))=\mathrm{rg}(\mathrm{Com}(A)^{T}) on a rg(Com(A))=1.\mathrm{rg}(\mathrm{Com}(A))=1.
Tr(Com(A))=μSp(Com(A)mμμ=λ.\mathrm{Tr}(\mathrm{Com}(A))=\sum_{\mu\in\mathrm{Sp}(\mathrm{Com}(A)}m_{\mu}\mu=\lambda.Par ailleurs, AMn(C),PGLn(C),Com(P1AP)T=P1Com(A)TP\forall A\in \mathrm{M}_{n}(\mathbb{C}),\forall P\in \mathrm{GL}_{n}(\mathbb{C}), \mathrm{Com}(P^{-1}AP)^{T}=P^{-1}\mathrm{Com}(A)^{T}P. En effet, pour AGLn(C)A\in\mathrm{GL}_{n}(\mathbb{C}), on a Com(P1AP)T=det(A)(P1AP)1=P1(det(A)A1)P=P1Com(A)TP\mathrm{Com}(P^{-1}AP)^{T}=\det(A)(P^{-1}AP)^{-1}=P^{-1}(\det(A)A^{-1})P=P^{-1}\mathrm{Com}(A)^{T}P.
