Une application φ:K→K′\varphi:K \rightarrow K' est un morphisme de corps si, pour tous a,b∈Ka,b\in K, on a :

  1. φ(a+b)=φ(a)+φ(b)\varphi(a+b)=\varphi(a)+\varphi(b)
  2. φ(a⋅b)=φ(a)⋅φ(b)\varphi(a\cdot b)=\varphi(a)\cdot\varphi(b)
  3. φ(1)=1\varphi(1)=1
