Prenons $a=0$ et $b=1$ , alors $a*_1b=a-b=0-1=-1$ mais $b*_1a=b-a=1-0=1\neq a*_1b$ donc $*_1$ n’est pas commutative.
Prenons $a=1$ et $b=0$ , alors $a*_2b=2^{a-b}=\frac{1}{2}$ mais $b*_1a=2^{b-a}=2\neq a*_2b$ donc $*_2$ n’est pas commutative.
Cette opération est commutative. En effet, si on considère $a,b\in\mathbb{Q}^*$ , on obtient :

$b*_3a=\frac{b}{a}+\frac{a}{b}=\frac{a}{b}+\frac{b}{a}=a*_3b,$ ce qui est exactement ce que l’on voulait !
